Caroline Mbi-Njifor, MBA, has extensive experience in public- and private-sector rights-based health approaches. She has an MBA in health-care management and policy, and is passionate about public health, adolescent health and gender equity. Prior to joining Ipas, she held senior management positions with several organizations, including serving as country director for EngenderHealth South Africa. She currently holds executive board roles in several companies, in the private and NGO sectors. Her experience with international NGOs in South Africa has focused on leading and setting up flagship programs that support family planning, maternal and child health, access to gender-friendly health services, and HIV/AIDS and STI prevention. Most recently, Mbi-Njifor was the co-founder and CEO of EndlessLife Group of South Africa. Originally from Cameroon, she has lived and worked in South Africa for more than 25 years.
