Petronella Ntambo Sebele
Petronella Ntambo Sebele leads Ipas’s work in Zambia, South Africa and Malawi. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the development sector in East and Southern Africa, with extensive experience in advocacy for the promotion of child rights.
Dr. Demeke Desta
Dr. Demeke Desta is the interim country director of Ipas Ethiopia. He joined Ipas more than 13 years ago, most recently serving as national program manager in Ethiopia.

Dr. Jean-Claude Mulunda leads Ipas’s work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is a highly experienced trainer and outspoken advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Dr. Sayed Rubayet, a medical doctor with extensive experience as a technical leader, researcher and manager, leads Ipas’s work in Bangladesh. He joined Ipas after working for Save the Children International, Bangladesh, where he was director of the Saving Newborn Lives program for four years.
