Today the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the anti-abortion case that sought to reverse the FDA’s approval of the medication abortion drug mifepristone—based on false claims that the drug is unsafe. The ruling ensures that mifepristone will remain available.
Abortion with pills is a safe and effective way to end an unwanted or unintended pregnancy, and it’s unconscionable that a group of anti-rights, extremist organizations and doctors are intent on erasing access to this essential health-care service.

Decades of armed conflict, economic unrest and public health crises in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have displaced more than six million people within the DRC and forced one million to flee as refugees. Adding to the humanitarian crisis, DRC hosts over 500,000 refugees and asylum-seekers from neighboring countries.
