Around the world, we work to provide crucial information, education and access to services so that women can exercise their reproductive rights.

In Mexico, we reach women using new technology like an interactive game that guides young women through their options when faced with an unwanted pregnancy.
In Zambia, we sponsor street dramas that draw hundreds of people who learn about safe abortion.
In India, we use wall signs, dramas and games to increase rural communities’ knowledge of medical abortion.

$100 could fund a trained street drama facilitator in Zambia. $250 could send a health worker with printed flipbooks that illustrate the consequences of unsafe abortion to five rural areas in India.

Every year, 21 million women turn to clandestine abortions; at least 47,000 die. These deaths are entirely preventable. The solutions are well-known, cost-effective and practical. Ipas has been working for 40 years to make abortion safe and accessible. Help us guarantee that every woman can exercise her right to safe reproductive health choices, including safe abortion care.
