Interim Co-Director and Finance Manager, Ipas Africa Southern Region
Blessing Zvinzanwi Rufetu joined Ipas in 2019 as a Finance and Operations Manager for South Africa. Rufetu has occupied various positions in the NGO financial sector since 2005. Before joining Ipas, Rufetu worked with programs including community development, HIV/TB, access to WASH and human rights promotion. Throughout her career, Rufetu has been involved in supporting finance, governance and operations. Rufetu has contributed to the development of Ipas Africa Southern Region strategies and risk management. She currently serves as Finance Manager and Interim Co-Director for Ipas Africa Southern Region. She also serves on the Ipas Network Leadership Group.
Rufetu holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance, MBA and is an associate member of Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (ACGISA). Rufetu has a passion for work that restores dignity to human lives and nature.
