Chief Financial Officer
Lucy Chan has more than 30 years of experience working in international development in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America. Before joining Ipas, she was executive director for finance at Pathfinder, leading the global budgeting and reporting team and the financial planning team. Her experience in the international development arena includes working with a variety of organizations, including MSH, PSI, FHI360, and NDI. She has a passion for supporting projects in the field and has delivered trainings to field finance and program professionals throughout Africa and Asia.
