Director, Ipas Nigeria Health Foundation
Lucky Palmer has more than a decade of experience as a senior-level leader and program manager in public health and social development, including programs promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights. He first joined Ipas Nigeria Health Foundation in 2018 as a national program manager. Prior to that, he coordinated and managed health intervention projects at community, national and international levels for several organizations, including Marie Stopes Nigeria and Christian Aid. These projects included efforts to increase contraceptive uptake in 29 states across Nigeria, reduce HIV-related stigma, and prevent and treat malaria. He has a bachelor of science degree in sociology from the University of Ibadan in western Nigeria.
