Jina Dhillon is a leader in sexual and reproductive health and rights committed to advancing equitable access to abortion care and strengthening sustainable abortion ecosystems. As director of the Technical Exchange Collective at Ipas, she leads global strategies to strengthen technical excellence and support partners working to expand access to care.
With more than 15 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health and rights, Jina brings expertise at the intersection of law, public health, and human rights. Before joining Ipas, she served as a staff attorney at the National Health Law Program, where she focused on enforcing reproductive rights under U.S. law.
Jina is also an adjunct professor at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Law, where she teaches a writing seminar on reproductive rights, justice, and the law. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Global Health from the Gillings School of Global Public Health.
