Executive Director, Ipas Latin America and the Caribbean
Diana Carolina Moreno has a law degree from the Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and an LLM degree from Columbia University in the United States. She joined Ipas in January 2026 as the Executive Director of Ipas Latin America and the Caribbean.
Previously she served as the Advocacy Director at Profamilia, and her professional experience includes working for human rights and sexual and reproductive rights at the Center for Reproductive Rights, ELEMENTA S.A.S., the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and Women’s Link Worldwide. Diana has also been a researcher and professor at the Universidad Javeriana on issues of gender, human rights and armed conflict since the beginning of her legal studies.
