Program Support Director
Anna Lynam supports strategic and operational success of Ipas’s country programs in Asia and Africa. Since joining Ipas in 2011, Lynam has also served as Ipas’s Asia Regional Manager and the Senior Advisor of Ipas’s Youth Programs. Prior to joining Ipas, Lynam lived and worked in southeast Asia for close to 20 years, working with local and international NGOs in more than 10 Asian countries on health systems strengthening, behavior change initiatives, reproductive health in humanitarian settings, and adolescent health programs.
Lynam received her Master of Public Heath from the University of Washington and later received qualifications in Burmese language from the University of Wisconsin and Indonesian language from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. Lynam has authored and co-authored various peer-reviewed journal articles on a variety of sexual and reproductive health and rights subjects.
