Prior to joining Ipas in 2016, Ms. Simutami served as Vice President for East Africa at PSI where she led and managed a region of 11 countries and more than 1700 staff, annual revenue of approximately 185 million and diverse programs that ranged from reproductive health to sanitation, and market solutions to health system strengthening. She has also served as program manager for West Africa, country representative for PSI Rwanda, global financial services manager and senior director of procurement, contracts and grants. Before joining PSI, Ms. Simutami was a peace corps volunteer in Gabon and an associate program officer at Family Health International.
