Vinoj Manning currently leads the India country program. He joined Ipas in March 2002 as Product Promotion and Development Advisor and was responsible for the market development of appropriate technologies for safe abortions, including MVA and medication abortion. Following this, Mr. Manning served as the national program manager for almost two years (May 2006 to January 2008) where he managed program interventions at the national level.

Before joining Ipas, he managed a relief and rehabilitation program implemented by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, in response to the Orissa cyclone. He has worked with a variety of organizations, including PATH, International Development Enterprises, and the National Dairy Development Board.

Mr. Manning has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a post-graduate diploma in rural management.  He has more than 20 years of marketing and program management experience, mainly in the development sector.
