Eliana Del Pozo, Lic., is Country Director of Ipas Bolivia. Ms. Del Pozo worked in diverse fields before joining Ipas in 1997. With a degree in social communications, she began her career in the media, working for several radio and television stations in La Paz as a writer, editor and producer. From 1992 to 1997, Ms. Del Pozo worked as a communications and research consultant for such entities as the Bolivian Ministry of Export; Catholic Relief Services; Johns Hopkins University; and Estadistikos, a Bolivian center for policy analysis. Immediately before joining Ipas, she was an executive coordinator and consultant for Save the Children in La Paz, where she organized workshops, developed educational and promotional materials, and managed administrative tasks.
