Ideal for the primary-care setting, the Ipas MVA Plus^® aspirator offers numerous benefits to women, health-care providers and health-care systems. It combines with Ipas EasyGrip^® cannulae or flexible Karman cannulae for an MVA system that is a simple, effective and affordable method for uterine aspiration/uterine evacuation, including endometrial biopsy.

Clinical applications of MVA include:

treatment of incomplete abortion for uterine sizes up to 12 weeks since the woman's last menstrual period (LMP)
first-trimester abortion
endometrial biopsy

While functionally equivalent to the previous Ipas Double-Valve aspirator, the new Ipas MVA Plus^® aspirator offers:
